At Teezowk, your satisfaction matters to us. Since our products are printed on demand via Ceeprinto, we handle returns and refunds under specific conditions to ensure fairness and transparency.


Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

We offer returns and full refunds in the following cases:

  1. Product Quality Issues
    If your product arrives with visible damage, defects, or poor-quality print, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. Once verified, a return will be accepted and a 100% refund issued.
  2. Printing Errors
    If the item you receive has a misprint or doesn’t match the design or product specifications shown during purchase, contact us within 2 days of delivery. We’ll confirm the issue and process a full refund upon return.
  3. Severely Delayed Delivery
    If your order arrives 15+ days late beyond the estimated delivery time (and the delay isn’t due to uncontrollable events like weather or strikes), you may request a return and a full refund.

Non-Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

We do not offer returns or refunds in these cases:

  1. Change of Mind
    We do not accept returns if you change your mind after placing the order or if the product matches what was ordered.
  2. Customer Mistakes
    No refunds are issued for orders placed with incorrect information (wrong size, color, address, etc.) unless the mistake is from our side.

How to Request a Return or Refund

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us within 2 days of receiving your order by emailing support@teezowk.com. Include your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief explanation.
  2. Our team will review your request and send return instructions if eligible. You must cover the return shipping costs unless we are at fault.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 15 business days.
